The Couple:
Stephanie and Mike met while both working at The Cheesecake Factory. Neither of them remembered the exact moment they met, but they know it was at work. As they put it, they “started as acquaintances, became friends, then close friends which led to a few dates, and the rest is history”. When I asked them when they knew that they were with ‘the one’ they told me that once they were living together “we started to really learn what made the other tick, and fell deeper in love. Our hearts are incredibly compatible.” Her Maid of Honor, Kaycie, could agree. In her speech she stated “They are the definition of a power couple and long lasting love. They have learned over the years how to navigate the peaks and valleys, and they are better together than separate.” Is that not just the sweetest?! Mike and Steph made sure to tie parts of their history into their wedding day which made it such a personal and unique day.
The Wedding:
Their wedding was perfect in every way. Mike and Steph were married on her parents waterfront property on a gorgeous 70 degree October day. The weather was everything they had wished for. As her parents just recently moved to the Eastern Shore, Steph joked that her parents bought her wedding venue for her. If it were up to me, this would definitely be a full time wedding venue, it was amazing! Steph shared a first look on the pier with her father, but her first moments in Mike’s eyes were saved for the aisle. A smile never left their faces the whole day and their true, deep love for each other shined bright in every moment. Unfortunately, Steph’s grandparents were unable to make the trip up to Maryland for the wedding, but that didn’t stop them from attending. They were live streamed in to the whole day, and even ate the same dinner that was served in the wedding. So sweet, right?! Catch their debut on the blog below.
The Party:
The newlyweds danced, jumped, and sang their way into the reception as they were announced as Mr. and Mrs. Camiolo – their excitement was contagious to say the least. After sharing their first dance as husband and wife, we heard speeches from their most treasured people. The Best Man started his off with a swig of fireball and prepared to roast Mike as best as he could, he kept the crowd laughing for sure. And, wait until you see how unique their dessert table was, mini cheesecakes! How could you not have cheesecake when you met at the Cheesecake factory?! There were some pretty awesome flavors – I may or may not have tasted them, YUM! As the night continued on, the dance floor stayed packed and everyone danced the night away. Their reception was an absolute blast – I won’t give away any of the hysterical moments, you will just have to scroll to find out!
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Camiolo!!
