Steve and Lindsay are the sweetest couple, and witnessing their love is so heart warming. These two are so in love and and truly shows. Lindsay and Steve first met at a benefit concert at which they were both singing. They both knew on their first date that they had found the one (adorable, right ?!) and confirmed that feeling with each passing day. Steve, alongside Lindsay’s friends, planned a photoshoot for the two of them in downtown frederick. When they got to the snow covered bridge, he got down on one knee and popped the question!! It was so fitting that they said their right around the corner at McClintlock Distilling. We made sure to make our way to the bridge for some photos.
The day started off at a small cottage not far from the distillery. We captured the relaxing morning the girls shared, as well as lindsay’s wedding day details. Be sure to check out the awesome basket that Lindsay and the flower girl picked out succulents for! Then the girls hid for a bit while the guys popped over for their photo op, and a swig of whiskey. Lindsay put on her wedding dress, and just as she had described, her dress was “Va Va Voom” on her. Her and Steve shared an excitement-filled first touch before he left for McClintlock, wait until you see the smiles on their faces.
They were married in the distilling room in front of McClintlock’s distilling tanks and it was absolutely AMAZING! I was low key freaking out over how cool the ceremony backdrop was the whole time. When Lindsay and her dad made it down the aisle, she immediately wrapped Steve up in a hug. It was so cute to watch her squeeze him, she couldn’t resist him! They couldn’t wait for their kiss either as they jumped the gun by kissing before they were told too, it made for a quite the laugh from their guests! The remainder of their night was filled with lots of dancing, laughing, and of course donut smashing!!
Thank you so much Lindsay and Steve for choosing me to capture your wedding day. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Taylor!
